i heard this yesterday on sports radio and the announcers making fun of Dirk! LMAO i guess even the NBA is ashamed that they have it wrong in picking Dirk as the MVP!

Dirk is a horrible choice for MVP, no doubt. The true MVP is Kobe Bryant. With all he has done for that Lakers team without players such as Walton, Odom, and Kwame is amazing. He put his teammates on his back and won basketball games for them. I truly believe that there is some kind of conspiracy that is stopping Kobe from getting MVP. It's no fair that when giving the MVP award they just look at records and then choose the so called best player on that team. Kobe has deserved the title for like the last 3 seasons but has been robbed each time. Dirk doesn't deserve MVP!!!

it seems that they are indeed delaying it for some reason... it should've been given at the beginning of 2nd round... we're kinda in the middle already... :)

since when has the mvp been the "best player on the best team" award dirk is having an averatge dirk season but now that his team does good he's all of the sudden the mvp, if you watch his shots in clutch moments he chokes
we don't even have a clue on the mvp yet so hy is everyone saying dirk won it when it hasn't been announced
